- In late 2009, Hinnotech was established, focusing on new material technologies in the microelectronics industry.
- The company completed the installation and production of its first gluing machine, achieving a monthly output of 600,000 meters by March 2010.
2010
- The 1st coating line has been put into operation
- PP capacity: 600Km²/M

2012
- The 2nd coating line has been put into operation
- PP capacity: 1,200Km²/M
2015

- The product of packaging substrate materials has been successfully developed
2016
- The laminate substrate bonding line has been put into operation.
- Special copper-clad laminate bonding capacity: 250Km²/M
2020
- In 2020, the imported Burkle high-temperature press and the ultra-thin plate lamination equitment and layup & break down system production line were officially put into production;
- The 3rd coating line in Jiangmen was put into operation, and the total production capacity of PP was 200,000 square meters per month.
2022
- Guangzhou Headquarters and Factory was in construction
- Laminating capacity: 800Km²/M
- New factory in Xinhui with coating lines was in designed
- Planned capacity: 3,000Km²/M
2010
- The previous company of Hino was incorporated in December 2009.
- Complete the installation of the 1st gluing machine. and it achieved a monthly output of 600,000 meters in March 2010.
2012
- Complete the installation of the 2nd gluing machine.
- Production capacity reached 1.2 million meters per month in July 2012.
2016
- Complete the layup & break down system and press installation.
- In January 2016, the CCL production capacity reached 250,000 sheets per month.
2020
- Installed Hi-tg (400°C up) original Burkle equipment imported from German.
- The CCL production capacity at the Jiangmen factory is 350,000 sheets per month.
2022
- The new factory in Guangzhou has been completed, and in September 2022, the first phase will increase CCL capacity by 400,000 sheets per month, with a long-term plan to reach full capacity of 800,000 sheets per month within 2 years.
